FAQs
Is my organization too big for a training presentation?
Definitely not. I’ve worked with all sizes of organizations, from ten employees to hundreds.
Do you require your trainings to be mandatory?
I do not. In fact, I prefer to make my trainings optional, because mandatory JEDI trainings have proven to have an opposite effect, if for no reason than just because people don’t like being told what to do. My recommendation is to host a training during a lunch period and allow employees to attend during their lunch hour. Some of my clients have even hosted the same training multiple days in a row to offer employees more flexibility for their schedule.
How long do your trainings last
Typically, my Lunch n’ Learn style trainings last 90 minutes with the final 30 minutes being a Q&A segment. But I’m happy to work with you to fit your organization’s schedule.
Do you only offer training presentations?
Not at all! While my Lunch n’ Learn trainings tend to be the most popular, I can also work with you for any needs you might have, whether that’s reviewing communications for inclusive language, to a comprehensive audit of your policies and standards.
How much does a training cost?
The average cost of a training presentation is approximately $300, but depending on your specific needs, I’m more than happy to discuss that. I also offer flexible pricing for LGBTQ and minority owned organizations.
